What you\\\’ll be doing: As a IT Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing IT compliance across Avon globally and with key suppliers. You\\\’ll ensure effective IT controls are in place to mitigate identified risks. Your responsibilities will include executing Avon\’s Internal Controls program, conducting tests of IT General Controls, documenting results, and performing quality assurance over remediation and IT controls testing programs. You\\\’ll coordinate the annual external audit, evaluate IT control deficiencies, and support internal and external reporting matters. Acting as a subject matter expert, you\\\’ll provide guidance to senior stakeholders and team members.
Responsibilities
- Executing and overseeing IT General Controls testing and documentation.
- Coordinating and ensuring timely deliverables for the annual external audit.
- Evaluating and addressing IT control deficiencies and performing root cause analysis.
- Supporting internal and external reporting and validating control remediation actions.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\\\’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Information Security, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of relevant IT compliance experience.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of IT general controls.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience with PCI-DSS management, SOX audit, Cloud Technology, IT Infrastructure, IT application controls, Cyber Security, and CISA Certification.
