What you'll be doing: As a Global Brand & Content Specialist in the Face category, you’ll help shape and activate our brand strategy. You’ll bring trend-led, high-impact launches to life through compelling storytelling, campaign development, and content creation. Working closely with creative, innovation, insights, and commercial teams, you’ll help deliver standout consumer experiences and support long-term brand growth. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where your creativity and strategic thinking will make a real impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of a 3-year brand strategy, including brand vision, pricing, and growth opportunities
- Leading campaign and content activation for key launches
- Collaborating with global creative teams and agencies to bring brand storytelling to life
- Conducting competitor and market analysis to inform portfolio planning
- Recommending changes to the product mix to optimise performance
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align on brand execution
- Acting as a brand guardian to ensure packaging and communications reflect our values
What we're looking for:
- Experience in marketing, brand, or content roles, ideally within beauty or a related category
- A passion for the Face category and a strong understanding of trends, social media, and consumer behaviour
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally and internationally
