What you’ll be doing
As a Global Brand & Content Specialist in Gifting Category, you’ll help shape strategy, communication and activation. You’ll bring gifting portfolio to life through compelling storytelling, campaign development, and content creation. Working closely with creative, innovation, insights, and commercial teams, you’ll help deliver standout consumer experiences and support long-term category growth. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where your creativity and strategic thinking will make a real impact.
Key responsibilities
- Supports Brand Lead in shaping and delivering gifting category strategy
- Works with Brand Lead and internal Creative Team to deliver 360 creative toolkits and activation content
- Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure communication and packaging reflect category vision
- Conducts competitor and market analysis to inform communication and activation
- Conducts data analysis and develops action plans to grow category sales
- Supports Gifting Brand Team on a variety of daily activities that are key to execution of category strategy
What we’re looking for
- Experience in marketing, brand, or content roles within beauty
- A passion for beauty and a strong understanding of trends, social media, and consumer behavior
- A creative mindset and a drive to push boundaries and deliver standout campaigns
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally and internationally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with data and insights
