What Youll Be Doing:
Youll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs to live as independently as possible making their own choices, staying active, and feeling valued every day.
Your role will include:
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Helping with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care
- Supporting people to access community activities and healthcare appointments
- Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring safety at all times
- Working closely with families and professionals
What Were Looking For:
- A positive, caring attitude we value personality over experience!
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work sleep-ins, evenings, and weekends
- Experience is a plus but not essential full training provided
- An interest in promoting independence and inclusion
- Physically Active and able to Swim is essential for this role.
