Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join the day team at a newly owned boutique retirement home in the picturesque village of Little Dunham, Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team within a small, resident-focused care setting that prides itself on delivering personalised, high-quality care. The home provides residential care for 18 residents, offering a warm, welcoming environment where residents are supported to live comfortably, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities
- Assist with medication administration where required
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Support and mentor junior care staff during day shifts
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging home environment
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Previous experience within a residential care setting
- Experience in a Senior Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant role advantageous

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lead by example and support colleagues
