Care Assistant – Full Time Nights – Luxury Residential Care Home – AV1968 36 - 48 Hours per Week – Nights Location: Southminster, Essex Salary: £33,696.00 per annum About the Role We are recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join the night team at a well-established, family-owned residential care home in Southminster, Essex. Providing exceptional care since 1988, this welcoming home specialises in supporting older people in a comfortable, homely environment where residents are always placed at the heart of everything they do. With just 25 beds, the home offers a close-knit community atmosphere, allowing staff to build meaningful relationships and deliver truly person-centred care. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night. You will provide high-quality care, respond to residents' needs, and help maintain a calm and reassuring environment while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
