A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and compassionate Care Team Leader to join the night team within a luxury residential care setting in the heart of Shrewsbury. Supporting 42 residents, this well-established service provides exceptional person-centred residential care within a warm, welcoming, home-from-home environment. The setting features modern facilities, spacious living areas, beautifully maintained gardens and small household communities, creating a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff.
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the night shift, leading and supporting the care team while delivering the highest standards of care. You will be passionate about promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing, ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate and person-centred support throughout the night.

What we're looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

- Passion for delivering outstanding residential care
