The Role:
- Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Lead, support, and mentor care and nursing staff on shift
- Ensure clinical standards, policies, and best practices are consistently met
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication management
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
