An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Reablement Officer to join a specialist community day care and reablement centre in Bournemouth. This unique service provides short-term rehabilitation, reablement and end-of-life care, supporting up to 35 clients to regain confidence, improve independence and achieve their personal goals.
Located within a welcoming community setting, the centre provides a modern environment where clients receive tailored support from a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, including healthcare and therapy professionals. The service focuses on improving lives and building independence, supporting individuals following illness, injury or hospital discharge, with the aim of helping people maintain their skills, improve wellbeing and remain as independent as possible.
As a Reablement Officer, you will provide leadership and support to a team of Reablement Assistants, ensuring high-quality, outcome-focused care is delivered. You will oversee staff performance, coordinate workloads, support training and development, and work closely with clients, families and professionals to ensure agreed goals are achieved.

- 40 hours per week
- Shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm or 3:00pm - 10:30pm (5 days out of 7, including weekends)
- £37,000 per annum
