Are you a dedicated and experienced care professional looking for a rewarding role in a respected residential care home in Poole? We are currently recruiting a Senior Care Assistant – Days to join a spacious and elegant care home on Sandbanks Road, Poole, Dorset.
About the Home
This beautiful, detached property offers panoramic harbour views from many of its second-floor bedrooms. Ideally situated close to Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs, the home has excellent transport links, with regular public transport to Poole and Bournemouth just outside. Residents enjoy local amenities nearby, including a convenience store, hairdresser, bank, and sailing club, fostering a strong sense of community.

The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant – Days, you will:

- Maintain accurate care documentation

About You
Previous care experience essential, with some experience in a senior or mentoring role preferred. NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
