As a Deputy Manager, you have responsibility for leading a team of Healthcare and Support staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care, which promotes independence and dignity and positively enhances the lives of individuals in our care. Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their service in the seaside town of Redcar.
Skills required:
- You will have a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and be willing to take on further management training.
- You will have experience of working in the health care sector in a Care Home setting.
- You will be driven, motivated and will believe in quality of care.
- You will possess strong leadership and management qualities whilst taking on a dynamic and flexible approach to the role.
