A warm and welcoming residential care home supporting 35 residents in a beautiful rural location near Navenby is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This well-established home provides high-quality residential care within a modern and comfortable environment, with a genuine family atmosphere at the heart of everything they do.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home and the continued delivery of outstanding person-centred care. As Deputy Home Manager, you will support with the day-to-day management of the home, lead and motivate the care team, and ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, dignity and support at all times.
