We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our client's dedicated team in Lancaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate care professional who is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care while supporting and developing a team of healthcare professionals.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting Healthcare and Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. About You

  • A Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • A willingness to undertake further management training and development.
  • Previous experience working within a residential care home setting.

  • A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to supporting both residents and staff.
