A Senior Care Assistant is required at our Client’s fantastic Care facility situated in a coastal town Nr Flint. The home offers the highest standards of care where dignity is respected, interests are nurtured and residents are cared for like family.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll lead by example and support the team in delivering exceptional care. Your duties will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Administering medication (after training).
- Supporting care staff and overseeing shifts.
- Liaising with families, GPs, and other professionals.
- Dealing with emergencies.
- Keeping clear and accurate records.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- Previous experience in a care home setting.
- Supervisory experience.
- A kind, patient and reliable personality.
- Ability to lead a small team with confidence and warmth.
- Good communication skills and a genuine love for elderly care.
