Our client, a well-established, family-run residential care provider in the Monton/Salford area, is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader (Days) to join their dedicated team. The home accommodates 19 residents and provides both residential and dementia care, alongside long-term, short-term convalescence, and holiday stays.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee the day shift, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive, homely environment. The role involves leading a small, committed team and maintaining the home’s ethos of dignity, independence, and individuality for every resident.

- 19 residents receiving residential and dementia care
- Long-term, short-term convalescence, and holiday stays accepted
- Located in the Monton/Salford area, close to Manchester city centre with excellent transport links
- Consistently rated GOOD by CQC
- Low staff turnover with a supportive, stable team
- Lead and coordinate the day care team
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to 19 residents, including those with dementia
- Administer medication (training provided if required)
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation
- Support residents’ daily routines, activities, and wellbeing
- Act as the senior point of contact during the day shift
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a senior or team leader role
- Confident leading a team and working independently
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
