Are you ready to lead something truly special from the ground up? Our Client is launching a brand-new domiciliary care company with a fresh, values-driven approach and they are looking for an experienced, passionate Care Manager to join them at the very beginning of this journey.
About our Client: They are an established care provider on a mission to raise the standard of home care. Their focus? Compassionate, consistent, and high-quality care that genuinely puts people first - both clients and staff.
Your Role: As the Registered Manager, you’ll be instrumental in setting up the service from scratch. That includes:
- Registering with CQC
- Building and training your care team
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards
- Driving the culture, quality, and growth of the business
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Proven leadership in domiciliary care
- CQC registration experience
- A passion for person-centred care and innovation
- Business development skills
