Lead and Support a Well-Established Care Service

We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join a well-established Nursing and Residential Care Home in Cullompton. The service provides high-quality long-term and respite care, including specialist support for individuals living with dementia, within a comfortable and thoughtfully designed setting. This welcoming home has a long-standing history of delivering compassionate care within the local community, with roots dating back over a century. Now operating as a purpose-built service, it offers modern facilities including private, en-suite accommodation and attractive outdoor spaces for residents and their families. With approximately 30 beds, this smaller service offers a warm, person-centred environment, supported by a close-knit team and a strong, family-oriented ethos.
