About the Opportunity
Avon Search is delighted to be recruiting for a compassionate and committed Deputy Manager on behalf of a well-established residential care provider in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, welcoming residential care home supporting 18 residents in a friendly, person-centred environment. The smaller size of the service allows staff to build genuine relationships with residents, ensuring care is tailored to each individual’s needs while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Our client is looking for someone who shares their commitment to delivering outstanding care and creating a positive home environment for both residents and staff. Whilst previous Deputy Manager experience would be advantageous, they are equally happy to consider an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. The right attitude, leadership qualities and commitment to the home are just as important as previous job title.
The Role
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and resident wellbeing are consistently maintained. The role offers a combination of supernumerary management time and hands-on support.
