Job Description
The service has strong community links, with GPs visiting regularly, and operates in line with modern inspection and regulatory requirements. A strong emphasis is placed on emotional wellbeing, independence, and meaningful living, with residents supported to access a range of stimulating activities and personal interests.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nAs Deputy Home Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the home and deputise in their absence.
