An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join a small, highly regarded boutique care home located in the centre of Chard, Somerset. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining the home’s high standards of care while supporting and guiding the wider care team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting care staff during shifts
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities respectfully and compassionately
  • Administering medication safely and accurately

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
