Maintenance Person – AV2069A Brixham | £13.56–£14.31 per hour | c25 hours per week Practical Skills? Make a Difference with this job! Our Client’s residential care home in Brixham, is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Person to help keep the home safe, comfortable and well maintained for residents. The Role Carry out general repairs and routine maintenance. Undertake painting, decorating, basic plumbing and plastering. Complete basic electrical maintenance where suitably qualified. Clear drains and carry out gardening and external maintenance. Test fire alarms and emergency lighting as required. Report maintenance issues and help maintain a safe environment. About You Good general DIY and practical problem-solving skills. Experience in basic carpentry, painting and decorating. Ideally, around two years’ experience in a similar role.
