A warm and welcoming residential care home supporting 35 residents in a beautiful rural location near Navenby is currently seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join their friendly night team. The home provides high-quality, person-centred care within modern facilities and has built an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding support in a genuine family atmosphere.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity and wellbeing. You will provide compassionate care, respond to residents’ needs and help create a calm and reassuring environment.
