You’ll lead the service, develop your team, drive high standards and ensure your clients receive outstanding, person-centred care.
We’re looking for:
- Experienced Registered Manager or senior adult social care leader
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- Full UK driving licence
