Job Description Care Assistant – Full Time (Days or Nights) – Care Home – Totnes, Devon – AV2042 Shifts: 8am – 8pm (Days) / 8pm – 8am (Nights) Working Pattern: 3.5 shifts per week Positions Available: 1 x Full-Time Days | 1 x Full-Time Nights We are recruiting two dedicated Care Assistants to join a welcoming care home in the beautiful Totnes area of Devon. We have one full-time day position and one full-time night position available, both offering a contracted 42 hours per week and a salary of £28,173.60 per annum. The home provides a warm, supportive environment where residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and valued throughout the day or night. Working as part of a dedicated care team, you will provide compassionate support with personal care, daily routines, meals, activities and mobility, while promoting residents' dignity, independence, privacy and choice. Whether you are working days or nights, you will become an important part of the team, building positive relationships with residents and helping to create a genuine home-from-home environment.
