You will provide high-quality person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs while building trusted relationships with clients and their families. Supporting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming Supporting with medication in line with care plans Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community Maintaining accurate care records Reporting changes in clients' wellbeing to the senior team Our client is looking for individuals who genuinely care about making a difference to people's lives. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle No care experience is necessary. Our client is looking for the right attitude and will provide full training, a comprehensive induction and a one-week shadowing programme to help you succeed.
