The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their day-to-day needs and ensuring they receive the highest standard of compassionate, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Assisting residents with mobility and maintaining their independence
- Supporting residents with their individual routines and preferences
