Avon Search & Selection is recruiting for a full-time Reablement Officer in Bournemouth manor, to lead a team delivering outcome-focused reablement in a community day care centre.

The role supports up to 35 clients to regain independence in a modern setting with multidisciplinary input.

You will coordinate workloads, supervise care staff and work with healthcare and therapy teams to ensure personalised goals are met.
