We are looking for someone with the right skill set to join our small team in our Building Project and Emergency Reactive divisions.
- Main Responsibilities
- Repair leaks on radiators, wastes, toilets, washbasins etc.
- Remove and rehanging radiators for decoration teams
- Attend clients to rectify emergency plumbing leaks
- Submit detailed job sheets via our app to report faults from deployments
- Research and identify parts/materials required to rectify an emergency and document findings on the job sheet
- Correspond with the office team to ensure effective communication

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 with post qualification experience
- Minimum of 6 years experience
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence and be confident driving and working in and around London
- Competent with all plumbing diagnostics, servicing, installation, maintenance and repairs
- Ability to install sinks, WCs, showers, thermostatic shower mixers, bath taps, etc.
- Can speak and write English
- Strong customer‑service skills (customer‑facing)
- Qualified installer of vented and unvented cylinders
- Experience installing domestic pumps/circulators and macerators (e. g., Grundfos domestic pumps, Saniflow macerators)
- Experience with power‑flushing central heating systems
- Ability to work on reactive plumbing issues (domestic)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage own workload
- Timekeeping and punctuality
- Willingness to undertake work and serve clients in a great manner
