We are seeking a skilled and reliable Boiler Servicing Engineer to join our growing team.
This role is primarily focused on carrying out boiler servicing on behalf of our clients, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction at every visit.
While servicing is the core responsibility, we are particularly interested in engineers who also have experience in fault finding and diagnostics, enabling them to identify and resolve issues efficiently where required.
- Main Responsibilities
- Perform routine boiler servicing across residential domestic properties
- Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations and industry standards
- Complete detailed service reports and certification accurately via our work app
- Identify potential issues during servicing and provide clear recommendations
- Carry out fault finding and diagnostic work where necessary
- Maintain a professional and customer‑focused approach when representing clients
- Ensure tools, equipment, and van stock are maintained to a high standard
- Correspondence: liaising with the office team to ensure effective communication

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Own Gas Safe registration / ACS qualified
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Communicate in the English language

- Hold a full UK manual driving licence and be confident driving and working in and around London
- Competent with all boiler servicing and maintenance and repairs for all major manufacturer brands (e. g., Vaillant, Worcester, Ideal)
- Have your own tools (gas analyser / testing equipment not necessary)
- Strong customer service skills (customer facing)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage own workload
- A punctual timekeeper
- Willingness to undertake work and serve our clients in a great manner
Desirable
- Experience in fault finding and boiler diagnostics
- Qualified installer of vented and unvented cylinders
