Hartwood Healthcare is a GP practice based at Hartcliffe Health Centre in South Bristol, seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join the clinical team on a fixed-term basis. The post offers up to 30 hours per week with a diverse patient population.
You will perform routine clinics, long-term condition reviews, wound care, venepuncture, ECGs, immunisations and cervical screening, while promoting health and wellbeing within a multidisciplinary team.
