BrisDoc is seeking an autonomous prescribing clinician to work across Severnside Integrated Urgent Care, including The Burren, CMDU and ACE services. You will manage day-to-day clinical needs of patients discharged from secondary care into community placements with rehabilitation needs, and you will work with Nurses, GPs, Therapists and Social Care to deliver timely, high-quality care.
The role requires advanced clinical assessment, robust risk management, and the ability to work independently
