An opportunity has arisen to join a forward thinking, friendly teaching practice on the outskirts of Bristol. The Orchard Medical Centre are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Treatment Room Nurse to join our friendly nursing team within a dynamic and progressive primary care environment. The role would suit an experienced treatment room nurse looking to join a fresh supportive team or a registered nurse looking to develop a career within primary care. Our priorities are great patient care, work life balance and team work. Our aim is to provide the best possible health care for our patients while promoting better physical and mental health.
Main duties of the job:
- Actively manage a caseload of patients autonomously, including wound care, vaccinations, health promotion, health checks, and cervical cytology.
The post is for 16 hours per week. This can be covered over 2 or 3 days and will ideally include a Monday and Thursday, but can be negotiated for the right candidate.
