## Service Delivery Administrator β Bris Doc##### Overview**Your Role as a Service Delivery Team Administrator**As Team Administrator, you will handle key administrative tasks previously undertaken by our
Operational Team Managers, Operational Leads, and Head of Service. Your contribution will enable our leadership team to dedicate more time to effectively supporting, developing, and managing their teams.
While certain administrative duties will remain with Team Managers, your role will be pivotal in enhancing efficiency and streamlining operational processes.**Main duties and responsibilities:****Key Responsibilities**
The Service Delivery Team Administrator will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Meeting Coordination & Documentation
- Setting agendas for meetings.
- Minute-taking for meetings, including some Out of Hours (OOHs) meetings.
- Managing the Action Log to track progress and accountability.**Operational Support**
- Completing the Base Compliance dashboard.
- Reviewing Shift Reports and allocating actions accordingly.
- Managing the presence of the Service Delivery Team across office, work-from-home (WFH), and non-working days (NWD).
- Organising base and role-specific meetings.
- Coordinating senior lead visits to operational bases.
- Managing the Host/Driver audit log and updating records.
- Reviewing driver logs and maintaining the audit spreadsheet for feedback.**Communication & Scheduling**
- Managing the IUC Managers' inbox to ensure timely responses and efficient communication.
- Noting digital downtime and logging necessary actions.
- Overseeing appropriate elements of the Monday and Friday checklists.
- Issuing return-to-work reminders for staff.
- Maintaining and updating the On-Call Manager rota.**Ongoing Development of the Role**
As this is a new role within the Service Delivery Team, the responsibilities may evolve over time to best support the needs of the service. The list above is not exhaustive, and the post-holder will be expected to adapt to new tasks and processes as required. There will be opportunities to contribute to the development of the role, shaping how administrative support is delivered across the team.**Key Skills & Attributes**
