We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, flexible and reliable person to join our friendly team.
Working up to 37.5 hours a week, within the Practice opening times of 07.30-20.00.
Salary depending on experience.
An opportunity has arisen for a Practice Nurse to join our experienced and friendly nursing team at our forward-thinking and supportive practice. We have a dynamic team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and phlebotomists providing chronic disease management and enhanced services to our 14,500 patient list.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a primary care setting. We are looking for an experienced primary care Nurse who has at least Chronic Disease Management experience in either Diabetes or Asthma. You should be keen to keep yourself updated on the new challenges facing primary care and be prepared to undertake further training as required for the position.
