AVON LMC LTD is seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our friendly nursing team in a general practice serving about 14,500 patients. This role offers up to 37.5 hours per week within practice opening hours, with a salary up to £28,450 per annum pro rata (£14.59/hour), depending on experience.
You will work alongside nurses, HCAs and a phlebotomist to deliver services such as chronic disease management, enhanced primary care services, health promotion and screening.
