The University of Bristol Students' Health Service is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Manager to help lead the team in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our diverse student community.

Located in the bustling city of Bristol, our Students' Health Service is dedicated to providing high-quality, student-focused healthcare. We pride ourselves on our tailored approach, ensuring that our services are accessible, efficient, and suited to the unique needs of our student population. We are located in a modern dedicated surgery in Hampton House. Our practice list size is around 20,000.
The Role:
As Practice Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, driving excellence in service delivery and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Your leadership will be key in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our services, while supporting the Clinical Team.

What will you be doing?
- Help to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Oversee the efficient management of resources, including staffing, complex budgets, and facilities.
- Help develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient experience and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
