Wellspring Surgery is recruiting Care Navigator/Administrator roles to work with us to support our dynamic and diverse community of 11000 patients. We are located in the Wellspring Healthy Living Centre, Barton Hill.
The postholder will be part of a friendly and busy team, ensuring patients’ needs are met in the most appropriate way and providing workflow administration. We always aim to provide a positive experience for our patients.
We welcome applications from the local community and candidates who can speak additional languages, in particular Somali, Polish or Arabic.
