Avon Gorge’s Hotel du Vin Avon Gorge is seeking a Banqueting Chef to lead the kitchen operation for its events programme. You will manage planning, organising and delivering banquet services for weddings, corporate events and festive celebrations, ensuring top quality dishes at scale.
The role offers £15 per hour plus Tronc, a 40-hour week, permanent contract and the chance to work with an experienced hotel team in a busy events calendar.
