The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The role provides a support function to the unit’s Security & Compliance team. Completing, collating and recording of compliance audits for the Southwest region, and acting as a central point of contact for regional colleagues and stakeholders assisting them directly or escalating their queries as required. The post holder will interrogate and maintain databases, information sources and systems ensuring compliance with all current legislations and policies.

Experience of working with and researching data from various sources, working within parameters set by a range of legislation and the ability to become a subject matter expert is essential for this role. An awareness of physical security would be advantageous.

There will be a requirement to travel across the south west region to undertake audits at the various regional estates.

Appointments to this post are subject to security clearance to Police Management and National Security vetting – Security Clearance Level (SC). The post holder will be required to achieve Developed Vetting (DV) once in post.

Working pattern – Flexible working, full time, part time, secondment and job share applications will be considered. Please specify if you are seeking an arrangement other than full time.

This post requires access to the most sensitive intelligence material on a daily basis. Applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Security Check (enhanced) (SC(e)) level before taking up the post; with a willingness to undergo Developed Vetting (DV) once in post, if required.

This post requires British nationality (some dual nationals may be ineligible) and an Enhanced Security Check (eSC)/Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. As the post holder will have access to very sensitive information, there are limitations on travelling to a small number of countries and we will undertake additional security checks as part of the recruitment process.
