We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to work within our Criminal Justice Department within Avon & Somerset.

You will be joining our vital Road Safety Support Unit (RSSU) team who support the detection and prosecution of road traffic offences.
These can range from collisions to officer witnessed offences and other road traffic incidents including speeding and red light violations.
- In This Role: Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Have responsibility for the management and guidance of staff.
- Ensure that all enquiries and complaints are satisfactorily progressed.
- Respond to queries from members of the public, other departments within the organisation or other outside agencies.
- Prioritise and manage workloads.
- Ensure the effective creation, maintenance and updating of a variety of computerised databases.
- Analyse statistical data and produce reports.
- Be responsible for correspondence relating to the office.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
- Experience of working with computers, especially Microsoft packages, including Excel.
- The ability to motivate, develop, support and manage staff.
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing, with both small and large groups of people.
- An ability to motivate staff to work together as a team.
- Experience of administration work is essential.
