Are you passionate about assisting individuals through training and development? We are recruiting an individual with training/assessing experience to join our multi-skilled team of police officers and staff in the Operational Training department to deliver a range of training.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and deliver structured CSW roadside training to adult volunteers of new or existing schemes in accordance with specified force standards.
- Submit training records/outcomes to the constabulary via the CSW & NHW Administrators so that those who have undertaken the training can be tracked.
- Adapt training to tailor content to meet individual volunteer needs where appropriate.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Experience delivering road safety training (e.g. CSW roadside).
- Ability to train community volunteers in sessions lasting approximately two hours.
- Past training/assessment experience and willingness to commit long-term to the community.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for this role you must have a 5‑year checkable history in the UK – ideally you have been resident in the UK for the last three years.
