Role details
Full Time, Part Time (minimum 4 days per week, 28 hours). Permanent.
Salary: A&S – Scale 4; D&C – Grade 3; Dorset – Grade E; Gloucestershire – Scale 6; Wiltshire – W6.
Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and professional secretarial and administrative service to the Detective Superintendent and Senior Leadership Team within SWROCU.
- Manage diary coordination, minute taking for meetings, and arrange hospitality and travel as required.
- Support the Business Team with general administration duties and act on communications on behalf of the Directorate and Senior leads using available tools (email, weekly bulletin, minutes, actions).
- Assist with organising specified meetings and preparing documentation.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications
- Computer literate with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Secretarial and admin experience.
