We have an exciting opportunity for an Interventions Administrator to join our team to provide administrative support for Out of Court Resolutions. In this rewarding role, you will refer people to support services and education programmes that could address someone’s offending behaviour and get them support to address their needs to reduce reoffending and victims of crime.
Main Responsibilities
- Allocating and booking candidates to their respective courses or interventions and sending communications to all concerned.
- Managing and exchanging relevant information with partner agencies in line with current legislation.
- Producing reports and providing data to the home office and scrutiny panels.
- Managing and updating databases including inputting and extracting data.
- Supporting drug testing in custody by ensuring equipment is maintained and in stock as well as championing the process to colleagues.
- Represent your team at meetings with other agencies.
- Provide support to custody staff on promotion of drug testing on arrest, referrals to treatment services and interventions within ASCEND.
Skills, Experience And Qualifications Required
- Proven administrative skills and knowledge of working to procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate information both verbally and in writing.
- Skilled computer user with knowledge of databases and spreadsheets including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience of preparing reports and correspondence.
- Excellent attention to detail.

This role benefits from home working as well as the requirement to work from either Bridgwater or Patchway, Keynsham custody suite at least once a week as well as attending meetings as required. Interviews for this role will take place week commencing 2nd March 2026. To be eligible to apply for this role you must have a 3‑year ‘checkable history’ in the UK – ideally this means that you would have been resident in the UK for the last 3 years.
