Avon and Somerset Police seeks Sergeants with strong leadership to work as Custody Sergeants in one of our custody units in Patchway, Keynsham or Bridgwater. The role is open to Sergeants who have previously carried the custody role and will involve determining the appropriate course of action for detained persons while ensuring a secure and compliant environment.
You will liaise with external agencies, compile and analyse evidence, produce routine and ad hoc reports, and supervise 2 to 3 staff members.
