As a Junior to Middleweight Copywriter, you’ll be the guardian of Avon’s brand voice, shaping how we connect with consumers across every touchpoint.

You’ll create engaging, high-quality copy that brings our beauty, fashion and home products to life while ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across global markets.

Working closely with marketing, innovation, and digital teams, you’ll turn ideas into compelling storytelling - whether developing product narratives, supporting integrated campaigns, or enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.

You’ll also play a key role in interpreting briefs, simplifying complex concepts, and delivering creative solutions that elevate and strengthen the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining brand tone of voice across global and local markets.
  • Writing compelling, SEO/AEO product copy for e-commerce product detail pages.
  • Supporting innovation teams with product naming, concept development and positioning.
  • Creating copy for CRM communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Working on fast-paced, ad-hoc projects across multiple categories including beauty, fashion, and home.
  • Using AI tools to enhance content creation and editing processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, consumer-focused messaging.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Copywriter (in-house, agency or freelance).
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain a distinctive brand tone of voice.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills across short and long form content.
  • Ability to translate marketing briefs into clear, compelling creative outputs.
  • Understanding of consumer journeys and omnichannel content strategies.
  • Confidence presenting ideas and contributing to creative discussions.
  • Experience in product storytelling, naming, and claims writing.
  • Strong command of English and attention to detail.
  • Interest or experience in the beauty industry.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
