What is looked for:
- Advising management in the development of commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence reports for both buy- and sell-side transactions.
- Conducting digital business model analyses for leading private equity clients in an international context.
- Supporting in the development of equity stories and digital value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of private equity clients.
- Identifying clients' advisory needs, structuring problems, and assisting in developing solutions.
- Analyzing the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and its application fields.
- Maintaining close cross-project collaboration with internal digital expert teams.
- Preparing presentations for client projects.
- Being responsible for core activities such as workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process development for both external and internal projects.
Requirements:
- Holding a university degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related discipline with excellent grades (Master's degree or MBA an advantage).
- Having at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience with a focus on digital industries: strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or commercial DD.
- Possessing a strong affinity for technology, including digital marketing, tech, or AI.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills combined with a creative mind.
- Showing proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Being a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for work.
- Speaking English fluently and ideally German.
