What is looked for:
- Advising management in the development of commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence reports for both buy‐and sell‐side transactions.
- Conducting digital business model analyses for leading private equity clients in an international context.

- Identifying clients' advisory needs, structuring problems, and assisting in developing solutions.

Requirements:
