What is looked for

Advising management in the development of commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence reports for both buy‐and sell‐side transactions.

Conducting digital business model analyses for leading private equity clients in an international context.

Supporting in the development of equity stories and digital value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of private equity clients.

Identifying clients\’ advisory needs, structuring problems, and assisting in developing solutions.

Analyzing the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and its application fields.

Maintaining close cross‐project collaboration with internal digital expert teams.

Preparing presentations for client projects.

Being responsible for core activities such as workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process development for both external and internal projects.

Requirements

Holding a university degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related discipline with excellent grades (Master\’s degree or MBA an advantage).

Having at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience with a focus on digital industries: strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or commercial DD.

Possessing a strong affinity for technology, including digital marketing, tech, or AI.

Demonstrating strong analytical skills combined with a creative mind.

Showing proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Having excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Being a service‐oriented and communicative team player with a passion for work.

Speaking English fluently and ideally German.
