Do you excel at blending digital marketing expertise with a hands-on technical management of digital media systems? We’re looking for a Digital Signage & Content Specialist to support the end-to-end management of digital screens across our UK retail estate.

In this pivotal role within our Contentainment team, you will be responsible for driving immersive instore digital experiences by managing the digital signage infrastructure, collaborating closely with technology partners, and producing high impact video and animation content. You’ll ensure seamless integration of dynamic digital content and instore studio elements across our multiple World Duty Free UK sites, leveraging your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, alongside deep technical knowledge of digital media delivery systems.

  • Digital Screen Management: Oversee the operation and content management of the digital screens across the UK estate, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging is aligned with brand guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams to update, optimise and ensure smooth operation on all digital platforms.
  • Relationship Management with Digital Partners / Brands: Build and maintain strong relationships with digital content providers and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Monitor the performance of digital assets and escalate issues or opportunities to partners when necessary.
  • Creative Content Production: Create high quality marketing videos, animations and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.). Design and produce creative content that resonates with the target audiences, driving engagement and promoting brand initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise and Digital Content Optimisation: Leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize digital signage and technical screens. Ensure the effective integration of digital content with hardware, ensuring seamless operation and visual quality.
  • In-store Audio and Voice-Over Management: Manage the in-store audio and voice-over process, coordinating with the relevant agencies to ensure that all audio elements are seamlessly integrated into the in-store experience.
  • Manage and maintain internal scheduling documents: Related to digital content placement, digital screen rotations, and campaign timelines. Organise and document content schedules to ensure that all deadlines and technical requirements are met.
  • Store Redevelopment and Digital Placement: Work closely with the store development teams to incorporate digital/technical screens into new and redeveloped spaces, ensuring an integrated, cohesive digital experience for our customers. Assist in the physical placement of digital screens within the store environment, coordinating with external suppliers and internal teams.

Solid understanding of digital signage technology and systems. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to digital screens and content delivery systems. Creative Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to produce marketing videos, animations, and other digital content. Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and digital content providers. A creative mindset with the ability to approach challenges from innovative angles and come up with effective solutions. Digital Experience: Previous experience in a digital marketing, digital client services, or related role and managing digital screens and content for large estates or retail environments. Experience in store redevelopment and integrating digital solutions within physical spaces.
