What is the role?
Are you a passionate and detail-oriented HR professional looking to make an impact? We’re seeking a vibrant HR Administrator to join our growing team at HMS Host, Avolta! In this role, you’ll provide essential support to the HR department by managing key administrative tasks, including onboarding new starters, updating our HRIS platform, processing references, preparing contracts, and handling new hire paperwork. You\’ll also assist with various ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Main Duties will include:
- Completing references as required
- Check and approve new hire tickets that come through to our HR support inbox including right to work documents and contracts
- Add new employees to our HRIS system, Success Factors
- Create contracts and offers for new salaried managers
- Create contracts for internal promotions
- Ad hoc Admin support
The right candidate will have:
- Have administration experience, ideally with a HR background
- Have a basic working knowledge of HR legislation (preferred)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a good working knowledge of Word and Excel (essential)
- Organised with good attention to detail
- A team player and can hit the ground running
